After 6 months of research and development, we have developed a 260 hp tractor equipped with a plunger pump, the hydraulic flow rate of it can be 130 liter/min, and all hydraulic output valve have floating adjustment function.
We install the piston pump in the gearbox body, and drive the piston pump through the rotation of the transmission gear.
Since the piston pump generates a lot of high-pressure hydraulic oil flow, we installed a new electronically controlled multi-way valve system, which also ensures that the hydraulic output valve has a floating control function.
We also developed a new high- horsepower tractor cabin. We made a lot of improvements to the interior and exterior structure of the cab.
First, we adjusted the button layout inside the cabin. The operating buttons are concentrated on the right side, which is convenient for the driver to operate.
We redesigned the door frame and used one-piece cast iron hinges to fix the glass door, which improved the door strength.
We redesigned the layout of the fender, and the external electric lift button is installed at the end of the fender for easy operation.
More air outlets inside the cab, allowing the cab to cool down/heat up quickly.
At the same time, the outer side of the cab fender is made of plastic structure, which can be easily disassembled to facilitate tractor transportation.
