Description

The core of an electric forklift is to rely on electric energy to drive the loading, unloading of goods and short-distance transportation. Its working principle revolves around the conversion of "electrical energy to mechanical energy", and its function focuses on efficient indoor material circulation.

I. Working Principle
Power supply: Electrical energy is stored by the battery, which provides a power source for the drive motor and hydraulic motor.
Power conversion: The drive motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive the wheels for movement and steering; the hydraulic motor drives the hydraulic system, which transmits pressure through hydraulic oil to control the lifting, tilting forward/backward of the forks.
Control and regulation: The current magnitude and direction are controlled through the control handle and pedals to achieve precise regulation of the driving speed and fork movements.

II. Core Functions
Loading and unloading of goods: The lifting and tilting of the forks are coordinated to complete the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and shelves, adapting to efficient operations with palletized goods.
Short-distance transportation: In indoor scenarios such as warehouses and workshops, it realizes fast point-to-point transportation of goods, connecting production and storage links.
Stacking and accessing: It can stack goods onto high shelves or retrieve goods from shelves, improving the utilization rate of warehouse space.
Indoor adaptation: Zero emissions and low noise, suitable for scenarios with requirements for environmental protection and noise, such as factories, e-commerce warehouses, and cold chain warehouses.
