(3) The central tie rod of the tractor suspension device should be suspended as high as possible, which can improve the passing performance of the tractor unit and reduce the possibility of accidents. Moreover, the height of the left and right lifting rods should also be the same to ensure that the left and right tillage depths are the same.
(4) The drive shaft assembly is an important working part that transmits the power of the tractor. When installing the drive shaft assembly, it should be noted that the opening directions of the two clamping forks of the intermediate drive shaft should be on the same plane. If the opening direction is staggered by 90°, it is easy to cause damage to the ten bytes of the transmission shaft.
(5) When the headland is turning, the power take-off shaft should be separated, the work of the rotary tiller should be stopped, and the connection should be made after turning, otherwise it will cause power consumption or cause the transmission shaft to collide with the limit chain.
(6) The driver should pay attention to the correct use of the three working positions of the lift, neutral and pressure drop of the distributor during the process of manipulating the lift through the distributor, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the gear pump and high-pressure oil pipe in the hydraulic system.
(7) When the rotary tiller is operating, the forward speed of the tractor should be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of the soil, so as to maximize the effective power of the tractor and ensure the working efficiency of the rotary tiller.
(8) Due to the large working resistance of the rotary tiller, it is necessary to regularly add gear oil to the intermediate gearbox of the rotary tiller during use, add grease to each oil nozzle, and carefully check the tightening of each federal connecting bolt.
