What should I do if the tractor is charged but cannot start, or the circuit fails? If the tractor runs out of power, it is likely to be caused by a failure of the battery, generator, circuit or starter. You need to follow the following troubleshooting methods to troubleshoot and repair the problems one by one.
①. Battery failure
1. If the battery is too old or has been used for too long, the battery capacity may not be maintained and the battery needs to be replaced.
2. Poor battery contact or oxidation will also affect the battery charging effect and battery life.
Solution: Replace the battery with a new one, or clean the battery terminals and ensure good contact.
②. Generator failure
1. Generator failure will cause the battery to be unable to charge or undercharge, resulting in the entire vehicle being out of power.
2. A loose or damaged engine belt will also cause the generator to be unable to charge.
Solution: Replace or repair the generator and confirm that the belt tension is appropriate.
③. Circuit failure
1. A short circuit or improper wiring may cause the entire vehicle circuit to be disconnected.
2. If the circuit fuse is blown, it will also affect the circuit energization effect.
Solution: Check the circuit for short circuit, replace the fuse and check whether the fuse capacity is appropriate.
④. Starter failure
1. If the starter is worn or damaged, the circuit cannot be opened and the engine cannot be started.
2. Damage or short circuit of the starter brush will also affect the normal operation of the starter.
Solution: Replace the starter with a new one or repair the starter circuit.
If you cannot troubleshoot by yourself or the problem cannot be solved, ask professional maintenance personnel to handle it as soon as possible.
