1. Purging method
That is to say, some diesel oil is left in the oil tank, and then 19.6 ~ 29.4kpa compressed air is introduced into the bottom of the oil tank through a plastic pipe to make the diesel oil churn and clean, and the position and direction of the lower end of the gas pipe are constantly changed to clean the whole oil tank. The diesel oil in the oil tank shall be discharged immediately after purging, and the impurities suspended in the oil shall flow out with the diesel oil after the excavator is repaired. If the diesel oil flowing out is dirty, use the above method to clean it again until the discharged oil contains no impurities.
2. Steam method
Drain all diesel oil, remove the oil tank, fill the diesel oil tank with more than half of the water, and introduce the steam into the water through the pipe from the oil filler, so that the water in the diesel oil tank boils for about 1H. In this way, the gum adhered to the inner wall of the tank and the remaining diesel molecules can be dissolved in water. The light-weight dirt will float on the water and be washed away. In this way, the diesel tank can be washed clean for two consecutive times.
3. Solvent method
Clean the diesel tank of the excavator with hot water, blow dry it with compressed air to remove the diesel vapor inside, and finally immerse the diesel tank in an aqueous solution containing 10% sodium hydroxide. Wash the inside and outside of the diesel tank with clean water after immersion. If there is corrosion on the outside, brush it with wire brush.
