As a common piece of equipment in industrial production, forklifts often require maintenance to ensure their normal use. Today we will focus on sharing knowledge about the maintenance of forklift hydraulic systems!
1. Change hydraulic oil regularly
The normal operation of the forklift hydraulic system requires a continuous supply of hydraulic oil, so it is very important to replace the hydraulic oil regularly. When replacing hydraulic oil, the frequency of replacement should be determined based on factors such as the frequency of equipment use and the working environment.
2. Maintain hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of a forklift is relatively complex, including oil circuits, oil pumps, cylinders, valves and other components, so some precautions need to be taken when maintaining the hydraulic system. First, you need to check whether the seals in the system are damaged or worn, and if so, replace them in time; in addition, you also need to pay attention to cleaning the debris in the system to avoid damage to the system.
At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the working pressure, temperature and other parameters of the hydraulic system according to the usage conditions to avoid malfunctions during work.
3. Check the hydraulic pipeline
The hydraulic pipeline of the forklift needs to be inspected regularly to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed and to avoid problems such as leakage caused by damage to the pipeline. Specific inspection contents include checking whether there are cracks or deformations in the pipelines, whether the pipeline connections are loose, whether the pipeline joints are leaking, etc.
4. Maintain electrical systems
The electrical system is also an important part of the forklift and requires regular maintenance based on usage during work. Specific maintenance content includes checking whether the power contact of the electrical system is good, checking whether the wires are damaged or aging, etc. At the same time, when using electrical systems, care must be taken to avoid problems such as electrical failure caused by voltage instability or electrical line failures.
