  Confirm that the fan is installed correctly. If the fan is installed in the wrong direction, it will produce almost no air flow. Be sure to install the fan correctly.

  The altitude of the mechanical workplace is too high, the atmospheric pressure is low, and the boiling point of water becomes low. Can be replaced with an engine radiator cap with higher exhaust pressure.

  The engine thermostat opens too high or is stuck. At this time, the flow of engine coolant through the large circulation (through the engine radiator) is very small or zero.

  The water pump is broken or the water pump pulley is stuck.

  Distribute hydraulic oil to the air flow downstream of the engine radiator.

  The surface of the engine and radiator body is dirty. This will affect the heat dissipation of the body.

  Insufficient cooling water. This will reduce the cooling power of the radiator. The correct way to add coolant is: first add a certain amount of coolant, then run the engine, and then top up the coolant.

 

 

  The cooling water is not pure enough and can easily form scale, which affects the heat dissipation of the machine. Using antifreeze can prevent this problem.

  The gap between the fan blades and the air guide hood and the distance between the fan and the radiator are inappropriate. The former is 2.5% of the fan diameter, and the latter is (100-300) mm, which is more reasonable.

  If the diameter of the fan pulley is too large, the fan speed will become smaller and the air volume generated will be reduced.

  The water channel in the engine combustion chamber is clear (white smoke is discharged, and the amount of coolant is reduced); the water channel in the engine oil is clear (water in the oil is white, and the amount of coolant is reduced).

  The engine radiator cap is not tightly sealed or the opening pressure is low.

  Is the engine radiator pipe leaking?

  The water temperature gauge or warning indication is incorrect. The water temperature sensor is broken, the instrument is broken, and the wiring is grounded.
