The failure of the turbine part not rotating may be due to low oil level, air intake, or damage to the connection part with the engine.
You can try to add oil and exhaust, and check the connecting parts.
The possible causes of insufficient output torque of the turbine shaft are: 1. The oil level is too low or the oil inlet pressure is too low, resulting in bubbles. 2. The one-way clutch on the guide wheel cannot be locked. 3. The impellers rub against each other.
You can try 1. Add oil. 2. Check the inlet pressure valve, one-way clutch, bearing clearance and engine, and make repairs and replacements.
Causes of high oil pressure failure: 1. The pressure valve is adjusted too high. 2. The pipeline is clogged and the oil circuit in the torque converter is clogged.
You can try to readjust the pressure valve. Clean pipes and torque converter oil lines.
Reasons for low oil pressure: 1. Air is sucked into joints such as oil pipe joints. 2. The overflow valve is damaged. 3. The oil pump is worn or the oil level is low.
You can try to check each joint and tighten it. Add oil and check the relief valve and oil pump.
Causes of excessive temperature in the hydraulic system: 1. Wear and leakage of system connections, sealing devices, moving parts, etc. 2. Insufficient heat dissipation area and insufficient oil volume lead to too fast oil circulation or poor cooling effect, resulting in high ambient temperature , poor heat dissipation conditions, etc. lead to poor heat dissipation.
You can try to strengthen the seals on the hydraulic pump, connections, gaps, etc. to prevent leakage. Or improve the heat dissipation conditions, expand the fuel tank capacity, and effectively exert the heat dissipation effect of the fuel tank wall.
Forced cooling measures should be taken when necessary.
If the above reference method must be implemented according to the requirements of the factory manual, if it does not work, you should go to the maintenance point for repair in time.
