Clean air conditioning filter
Clean the filter with compressed air. If there is too much oil or dirt on the filter, rinse it with neutral media. If you rinse it with water, dry it thoroughly before use.
The filter should be cleaned every 500 hours, but when using the machine in a dusty workplace, the filter should be cleaned more frequently.
Replace the filter with a new one every summer when using it.
Clean and inspect air conditioner condenser fins
Clean and inspect the air conditioner condenser every 500 hours to prevent the air conditioner condenser from being clogged and causing the air conditioner's refrigeration effect to deteriorate.
Check air conditioning compressor belt tension and adjust
Check the air conditioning compressor belt tension every 250 hours. The pulley and tension should comply with factory standards.
Check refrigerant
If the refrigerant (gas) level is low, the cooling effect will be reduced and will cause the air conditioner compressor to sinter due to poor lubrication. If the air conditioner is operated with a low refrigerant level, it will cause damage to the compressor. The refrigerant amount should be checked regularly (every 500H). The method is as follows: When the engine is running at full speed and the air conditioning compressor is running at high speed, observe at the observation glass (inspection window) of the refrigerant hose interface to check the flow of refrigerant into the refrigerant pipe.
It is best if no bubbles are generated during flow and the liquid is not colorless and transparent.
Inspections during idle season
Even during the idle season, the air conditioner should be operated for a few minutes every once in a while, such as once a month, so that all parts of the air conditioner can work for a period of time. Apply lubricating oil to the appropriate parts to maintain the working performance of the excavator air conditioner.
