The excavator stalls after turning on the air conditioner
Generally, this type of problem is due to insufficient engine horsepower, reduced engine output, insufficient power to drive the air conditioner, or excessive power required by the air conditioner. Reference solution: When turning on the air conditioner, increase engine power and increase the throttle. In addition, pay attention to check whether the air filter and diesel filter are seriously clogged.
Air conditioner cooling effect is not good
First confirm whether the steps to turn on the air conditioner are correct, and then check whether the air conditioner belt is loose. If there is no problem, it depends on whether the refrigerant is insufficient. If there is no problem, check the circuit. If there is no problem with the circuit, clean the internal and external circulation of the evaporator and the air conditioning filter.
Just listen to the sound of the fan, but no wind comes out
Mostly because the cabin is not cleaned in time, dust and paper debris are sucked into the evaporation tank by the fan. There is thick dust accumulated in the evaporator box. Reference solution: First, start and check whether the compressor is working normally, which shows that the system pressure is basically normal and only cold air is discharged. Cold air can be recycled. Slowly release from the low pressure side of the instrument, and then disassemble the air conditioning system for disassembly and cleaning. After reinstallation, drain and add cold air to resolve air conditioning issues. Air conditioners should always check whether there are dirt, dust, leaves and other debris on the condenser radiator, and flush them with high-pressure air, steam or water in time.
Air conditioning air output is small
The air outlet volume is small or there is no air blowing out, mainly because the air inlet is blocked. At this time, first check whether the air conditioning filter element and air inlet are blocked by debris. If the cause of the blockage is eliminated, continue the inspection, remove the motor, connect the plug, turn on the fan, and test the gears one by one. If the speed does not change, the variable resistor may be damaged and needs to be replaced.
