Routine maintenance of forklifts is an important measure to ensure long-term stable operation of forklifts, extend service life and ensure operational safety. Therefore, we must pay attention to the daily maintenance of forklifts. Let us learn some about it together!
The first is daily inspection:
1. Check the appearance of the forklift every day, including whether the paint, tires, lights, etc. are intact and whether there is any obvious damage or wear.
2. Check whether the hydraulic oil level of the forklift is normal and whether the hydraulic pipeline is leaking or damaged.
3. Ensure that the brake system is working properly, the brake pads are in good wear condition, and the brake fluid level is normal.
4. Check the tire pressure and wear to ensure there are no cracks or foreign objects embedded in the tires.
5. Check the battery electrolyte level and whether the cable connections are tight, and ensure that electrical equipment such as lights and speakers are working properly.

Other aspects of maintenance:
1. Clean the forklift regularly to remove dust, oil and other debris to keep the forklift clean.
2. Check whether the connections of all parts of the forklift, such as bolts, nuts, etc., are tight to prevent loosening and failure.
3. According to the requirements of the forklift instruction manual, lubricate each lubrication point of the forklift regularly to ensure that each component operates smoothly.
4. Regularly replace forklift wearing parts, such as air filters, fuel filters, oil filters, etc., to maintain stable forklift performance.
5. For forklifts using batteries, regularly check the electrolyte level and concentration to ensure normal operation of the battery.
6. Charge and maintain the battery according to the battery instruction manual to extend the battery life.
