1. The oil and gas filter is blocked. If there are too many oil stains and impurities in the filter, it will affect the oil pressure and oil flow, causing the engine to fail to start or lift. You can try to replace the cleaning filter element or filter.
2. The oil pump hydraulic pressure or hydraulic oil is insufficient. The oil pump mainly plays the role of conveying pressure oil. If the oil pump is faulty or damaged, the loader will not be able to lift. The solution is to check whether the oil pump is damaged. If it needs to be replaced or repaired, it should be handled in time at a professional repair factory.
3. The wire rope or hydraulic brake pad is damaged. The wire rope and hydraulic brake pad are key components for loader lifting. Their damage will cause the loader to be unable to lift and lift normally, and even get stuck. If the wire rope or hydraulic brake pad is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time.
4. If the interface connection between the hydraulic pipes on the loader's boom is loose, it will also cause insufficient pressure in the hydraulic system. Check whether the interface of the pipeline is loose. If it is, it needs to be tightened.
5. The distribution valve leaks or the pressure is improperly adjusted. The distribution valve is an actuator that controls the pressure of the hydraulic system. When the distribution valve leaks or the main safety valve pressure is improperly adjusted, the system pressure of the whole vehicle is low, the hydraulic system cannot work, and the boom cannot be lifted or is lifted slowly.
