1. It is very difficult to step on the brake pedal
Possible reasons: The leather cup of the master cylinder or the leather ring of the master cylinder piston is swollen; the copper tube between the master cylinder and the supercharger is deformed or clamped, making the inner hole smaller and the oil flow is not smooth; the copper tube leading to the wheel cylinder is deformed, resulting in a smaller aperture and poor oil flow; the control cylinder ring is swollen; the brake fluid is deteriorated and too viscous, making it poor in fluidity.
2. Oil leakage (including external leakage and internal leakage) - as long as there is an oil leak in the master cylinder, slave cylinder, supercharger, or pipeline, the braking efficiency will be reduced or the brake will fail completely.
Possible reasons: Oil leakage in the master cylinder and slave cylinder is mostly caused by the leather cup and leather ring being used for too long and wearing out; if the brake pedal feels light when you step on it, it is usually caused by the wear and tear of the master cylinder leather cup; poor sealing of the supercharger booster cylinder piston leather cup, leather ring or piston push rod leather ring and control valve leather cup can cause oil leakage; the brake shoe is too thin or the brake clearance is too large, and when you step on the brake pedal hard, the slave cylinder leather cup will often flip over and cause oil leakage.
3. Excessive consumption of brake oil
Possible reasons: pipeline leakage; the brake slide valve leather cup in the transmission shift control valve leaks oil into the transmission. At this time, the smell of brake oil can be smelled from the transmission oil inspection hole. Checking it can confirm whether the brake oil is leaking; the vacuum booster booster cylinder piston leather cup, leather ring or piston push rod leather ring and control valve leather cup are poorly sealed, which will cause excessive consumption of brake oil. When the booster booster air chamber is opened, the brake oil will leak out. In severe cases, it will leak into the engine oil pan through the vacuum pump lubricating oil pipe, and the engine oil will be diluted or sucked into the cylinder and burned.
4. Unstable braking
Possible reasons: The brake drum is out of round, and the gap between the brake drum and the brake shoe is abnormal and needs to be adjusted.
