The brake system of the loader guarantees our safety, so the maintenance of the brake system of the loader is one of the most important things. So what should we pay attention to in daily life, or what maintenance skills do we have? Let's find out!
The first is to check the performance of the braking system. In addition to daily regular inspections, after the loader has been dismantled and repaired, you should also check whether the braking performance is in good condition. First drive at a low speed to test the braking deviation distance on a straight road, then drive at a medium speed, and test the brakes quickly multiple times. Try not to test too many sudden brakes.
Brake fluid can protect the braking system and maintain performance very well. Normally, brake fluid that meets the regulations should be added to the main hydraulic pump oil storage room, and the liquid level should be 15-20mm away from the oil filler port. Check frequently and add timely when the liquid is insufficient. Never mix mineral oil as this will quickly damage the rubber components.

Gas mixed in the brake fluid will affect braking performance. After replacing parts and cleaning the system, exhaust must be performed. The reference exhaust method is as follows:
1. Clear the scale in the hydraulic pipeline, oil storage chamber, etc.
2. Fill up the brake fluid. 3. Start the engine and stop the engine after the air pressure gauge reads 0.68~0.7MPa.
4. Put the transparent tube for deflation on the deflation nozzle, and put the other end of the tube into the oil pan.
5. Continuously depress the emergency brake pedal and release the brake pedal. When deflating, the brake fluid must be replenished in the oil storage chamber in time to prevent air from entering the system again.
Be sure to pay attention to cleaning during daily maintenance. Cleaning the brakes can better exert their braking performance and detect faults early. Check the brake system for leaks while cleaning. Whether the joints and connecting parts are firm.
Loaders equipped with oil-water separators should drain water once every 50 hours of operation, and every day in winter. It is best to drain the air reservoir once every 250 hours of operation.
I hope that after you learn so much knowledge and skills about the maintenance of the loader brake system, it will be helpful to your work and life!
