2. Reduce environmental impact on Loaders
Many users will ignore the impact of environmental climate on the service life of loaders. It is well known that most of the construction machinery and equipment are operated in the open air, and the working place will change according to the different projects. 4. Use appropriate maintenance methods
You can't wait until you have to repair the loader. When you find a fault, you should remove it in time for maintenance. The following methods can be used in maintenance practice: first, replacement of parts. Many parts of construction machinery, such as track pins of bulldozers, excavators, cylinder liners of diesel engines, etc., often bear unidirectional loads during operation, resulting in unbalanced wear. If the positions of parts subject to unbalanced loads are replaced in time to make their wear balanced, their service life can be extended. Second, advanced brush plating and adhesive repair technology can also be used to repair failed parts quickly and at low cost, such as wear-resistant surfacing, spraying diamond plating, magnetic plating, laser plating, etc.
5. Use qualified accessories and oil products
During the maintenance of the loader, the replacement of spare parts should not be cheap. It is very harmful to the equipment to replace inferior spare parts. The probability of failure in the later stage will increase. In addition, when replacing engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and other oil products, it is also necessary to select the oil products of the appropriate model of the loader instead of replacing them with low-quality oil products with low prices.
