Regularly check the battery appearance and connection lines. Make sure the battery casing is intact and has no leakage. If the casing is found to be damaged or leaking, the battery should be replaced in time.
Pay attention to the charging and discharging of the battery. When charging, choose the appropriate charging current and time to avoid overcharging or undercharging. Every time you use the tractor, you should try to avoid running out of the battery, and at the same time, it should not be violently discharged. The interval between two starts should be greater than 2 minutes, and the preheating time of the glow plug should not exceed 40 seconds to avoid excessive damage to the battery.
Batteries should be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated warehouse with a temperature between 0°C and 40°C. When transporting, handle it with care to prevent collisions and never turn it upside down. Keep the battery clean and dry. If there is dust or corrosion on the surface of the battery, it should be cleaned in time. Use a mild detergent when cleaning and wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Check battery performance regularly. The performance of the battery will gradually decrease with the increase of use time, so its capacity and voltage need to be tested regularly. Through testing, you can promptly find out whether the battery needs to be replaced or repaired. Do not loosen the filling plug before using a dry-charged battery to prevent the battery from losing its dry-charge performance.
The battery terminals and power cord connectors should be firmly connected to prevent the terminals from melting during startup. To prevent terminal oxidation and corrosion, apply Vaseline on the outside of the terminals. Keep the terminals clean and frequently check whether the vent hole on the filling plug is clear
When the generator is working, do not cut off the connection with the battery. When disassembling, the ground wire of the battery should be removed first, and vice versa when installing.
