When the working condition of our tractor engine is abnormal, such as a dull roar, slow acceleration, weak work, and the exhaust smoke becomes thicker when accelerating. When these symptoms appear, it's possible the air filter is clogged. In the actual use of tractors, the air filter has a great impact on the service life of the engine. So how to maintain the tractor air filter? The following introduces the correct maintenance method of tractor air filter.
If more than one-third of the dust accumulates, it must be cleaned. During maintenance, check the oil pan and oil level of the oil bath filter. The oil level should not be too high; if it is insufficient, add more. The oil must be replaced when it becomes dirty.
The coarse filter should promptly remove precipitated water and dirt, and use clean fuel to flush the internal contents of the coarse filter housing. The copper mesh filter element should be brushed along the wire. You can also use an air cylinder or compressed air to remove the dirt with air pressure. exclude. When installing, be sure to pad the sedimentation coaster and tighten the nuts to prevent oil leakage.

For the fine filter, first remove the dust outside the housing, take out the filter element, drain the precipitated oil and clean the inside of the filter housing at the same time. The filter element is seriously dirty and the fuel passing performance is still not good after cleaning. It should be replaced with a new one.
When maintaining the tractor filter, first wash the sludge on the inner wall of the filter with washing oil, then wipe it with a clean cloth or blow it with compressed air. The second is to scrape off the sediments on the inner wall of the rotor, the fuel injection pipe and the filter screen with a wooden shovel, then clean them with washing oil, and then blow out the rotor and rotor walls with a clean cloth or compressed air. To ensure the smooth flow of the rotor injection pipe, it is forbidden to scrub with cotton yarn or other substances to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
After cleaning, remember to seal the upper and lower ends, sealing rings and nuts, rotor shell and cover to avoid oil leakage.
Finally, do a good inspection, first check whether the rotor rotates flexibly, and secondly, check whether there is oil leakage. Third, check whether the sound of the rotor's inertial operation can continue to be heard after the engine stops running at a medium speed or above. If there is no problem, then this maintenance is very successful! If there are problems or malfunctions that cannot be solved by yourself, please report them for repair in time.
