Maintenance of tractor hydraulic systems is inseparable from regular inspections and replacement of hydraulic oil in accordance with regulations. First, before regular maintenance of the hydraulic system, the cylinders and other hydraulic devices must be safely locked, the hydraulic oil cooled, and all system pressure in the hydraulic system released.
Check the pipes, pipes and hoses carefully and tighten all joints to the specified torque. Do not use bare hands to check for leaks. Use gloves or cardboard to check for leaks. If the solution gets onto your skin, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Any loose or damaged fuel and lubricating oil lines, hard pipes and hoses of the hydraulic system. It may leak and cause fire. Please repair or replace it in time.
When checking the hydraulic oil level, the excavator should place the bucket on the ground and then turn off the engine. The oil level must be kept above the middle mark of the oil level gauge.
The hydraulic oil must be high-quality, clean hydraulic oil specified in the lubrication table. After the excavator has worked for a maximum of 2,000 hours, the working oil must be replaced. If the work intensity is high, the time should be shortened.

When replacing the hydraulic oil, lift the bucket boom to the optimal position, shut down the engine, and then use its own weight to turn the bucket and lower the boom to completely drain the oil from the cylinder.
Drain the waste oil before the oil temperature drops, so that dust and sediment can be discharged more easily. Open the screw plug at the bottom of the fuel tank and the hose at the bottom of the boom and bucket cylinder to drain out the dirty oil, and use kerosene or diesel to clean the box, oil filter, refueling port and the oil filter at each suction return port. Also check whether the components are faulty.
After adding new oil, make the engine rotate at low speed and operate the working device several times to discharge the air in the system.
