There are many reasons why the loader is too high. Let us understand and analyze it bit by bit!
1. The antifreeze level in the radiator is too low.
2. The radiator is blocked and the heat dissipation is poor. If there is too much dirt or blockage on the radiator, it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the radiator.
3. If the water pump is damaged, the coolant cannot be transported to the radiator for heat dissipation. If the water pump belt is too loose, it will result in insufficient water delivery.
4. The water pipe is damaged and the water pump sucks in air, resulting in insufficient coolant delivery. The cooling effect is reduced.
5. The electronic components of the cooling system (thermostat, cooling fan) are damaged.
6. The engine cylinder gasket is leaking (may be accompanied by water backflow).
7. The air filter is clogged, causing poor engine combustion.
8. The fan belt is too loose or the fan is too far away from the water tank (radiator), which affects heat dissipation.
9. The oil filter element is too dirty.
10. The forklift load is too high. When the forklift engine works under heavy load, it will generate more heat. Especially when climbing with heavy load, it is very easy for the water temperature to be too high. It is necessary to appropriately reduce the work intensity and strengthen maintenance.
The above problems can be solved by regular inspection and replacement. These are the ten reasons why the loader temperature is too high. Next time we will sort out some content on how to deal with the loader when the temperature is too high!
