、 Maintain the air filter. Maintain the air filter regularly, do not wrap the air filter with cloth or other objects, and keep the air inlet of the filter smooth to reduce the air inlet resistance.
、 Do not change the direction of the exhaust pipe. Do not change the direction of the exhaust pipe at will, so as not to increase the exhaust resistance and increase the fuel consumption of the engine.
、 Regularly adjust the valve clearance. The valve clearance should be adjusted frequently. If the corresponding valve angle of the engine decreases due to the wear of the gear camshaft, the valve clearance should be properly reduced (not 0.2mm) to make up for the reduction of the valve timing angle. The camshaft is severely worn and should be replaced in time.
、 Adjust the clearance of each transmission part. Correctly adjust the matching clearance of each transmission part of the locomotive to reduce the power consumption of the transmission part, thus reducing the fuel consumption and production cost.
、 Don't overload or run. Correctly select the traction load to avoid overload, overspeed and empty vehicle.
、 Maintain proper cooling water temperature. The engine should work at the best water temperature. If the water temperature is too high or too low, the fuel consumption will increase and the production cost will increase.
、 Use the brake correctly. When the tractor is running, use the brakes as little as possible. Incorrect braking will not only increase the wear of mechanical parts, but also increase power consumption and fuel consumption.
、 Prevent fuel dripping. Regularly check the fuel consumption of the engine, and resolutely put an end to fuel leakage.
、 Properly tow the implement. Correctly adjust the matching clearance and traction angle of the traction implement. The tractor shall be free from open space and small truck; The tire pressure shall meet the standard.
、 Reasonably select gears. Select gears correctly and reasonably, and select medium and large throttle when working, subject to the fact that the engine does not emit black smoke.
