The normal water temperature of the engine is 70-95 degrees Celsius. If the water temperature exceeds 95 degrees Celsius, the engine body is easy to expand and deform, and it can not operate normally. The lubricating oil becomes thin and deteriorated, resulting in poor lubrication; The intake air volume of the engine cylinder decreases and the engine power decreases.
The water temperature is too high. In addition to the overheating of the diesel engine, the reasons for the cooling system include:
(1) The cooling water is insufficient and water is not added in time.
(2) The fan drive belt is too loose or the fan is installed in the wrong direction.
(3) The scale in the cooling system is blocked, resulting in poor heat dissipation.
(4) The cooling core or shield is blocked by dirt.
The weather in summer is hot and the working conditions of the tractor are bad. If the driver uses it improperly, it is easy to cause failures or accidents. How to prevent the water temperature from being too high?
1. The driver shall first thoroughly clean the scale and impurities in the cooling water tank with descaling agent to ensure smooth circulation of cooling water. In summer, the cooling water is evaporated and consumed quickly. Sufficient clean water must be added before driving, and the water level must be checked frequently during work.
2. If the water temperature exceeds 95 ℃ and the boiler is boiling, it is forbidden to turn off the engine immediately. It is forbidden to add cold water or drench it with cold water. Otherwise, the cylinder block, cylinder head, etc. will be easily cracked. The engine should be run at medium speed. Open the radiator cap to release hot gas. When the water temperature drops to about 60 ℃, slowly add cooling water.
3. When opening the radiator cap, the driver should stand upwind and keep his face away from the water inlet, so as to avoid being scalded by the hot water vapor.
4. The tractor should not be operated at noon. As the temperature is too high, the radiator is easy to boil, and the driver is easy to be tired, try to arrange the operation in the morning or afternoon. Before operation, check the oil supply system to prevent oil leakage, pay attention to fire prevention and safe production. Everyone is responsible.
