The first thing for a newly bought tractor before it is officially used is to run it in. Whether it runs in well or not will directly affect the service life of the tractor. The purpose of running in is to investigate the technical status of each part of the tractor. According to the specified speed, load and time, by idling the tractor and running with a certain load, the working surface of each moving part is polished smooth and smooth to form a surface that can bear heavy loads, so that the tractor can work normally under various load conditions. If the running in operation is not carried out according to the specified requirements, the heavy-duty operation is bound to cause sharp wear of parts and reduce the service life of the tractor.
Generally, the running in time of tractors is between 50 and 60 hours. The running in is carried out from low speed to high speed and from no load to heavy load.
1. First, read the instruction carefully. After starting the engine correctly, run the engine from low speed, medium speed to high speed, that is, from small throttle, medium oil valve and large throttle for 5 minutes. Idle running in lasts 15-20 minutes.
2. During the idling running in of the engine, carefully check the working condition of the engine, observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon and sound, exhaust color, water leakage, oil leakage and air leakage, and whether the instrument works normally. Check the readings of water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge and lubricating oil pressure gauge. In case of any abnormal phenomenon, immediately remove the fault and then run in again.
3. Hydraulic system running in. Connect the oil pump, run it for 1 minute under no-load, and check whether the oil pump works normally and whether there is leakage; When the engine is running at medium speed and high speed, pull the control handle, repeatedly lift the suspension mechanism 20 to 30 times, and check whether the control mechanism is flexible, and whether the return and lifting mechanisms operate normally; Attach the supporting agricultural tools, run in the load of the hydraulic system, repeatedly lift the agricultural tools dozens of times on the soft ground, observe whether the lifting speed and action are normal, and whether the agricultural tools can be reliably stopped when the handle is placed at the neutral position; After the hydraulic running in, drain the dirty oil of the hydraulic system and add new oil after cleaning; During the hydraulic running in process, pay attention to observe whether the system has oil leakage, overheating, abnormal noise, vibration and other phenomena. If any, it should be eliminated in time. It is not allowed to work with defects. At the same time, because the lifting cylinder is single acting, the lowering depends on the weight of the agricultural tools. When the agricultural tools are not hung, the handle is turned to the lowering position, and the lifting arm may not fall or fall very slowly. This is a normal phenomenon, and it can be pulled down by hand.
4. Running in of the whole machine. The running in sequence and time shall be in accordance with the provisions in the manual. The total running in time is 60 hours, and each gear is 1 hour. Check whether the steering, braking, clutch, traveling mechanism, etc. are normal and whether the temperature of each bearing is normal through the operation of each speed. Or if any abnormality is found, timely adjust and eliminate it.
5. During idle running in, turn at low speed and use unilateral brake properly, and test emergency braking at high speed. After no-load running in of the tractor, the lubricating oil in the engine oil pan must be replaced and the lubricating oil filter must be cleaned. After the no-load running in of the tractor is completely normal, the running in with load can be carried out.
6. The load running in can only be carried out when the tractor's technical status is completely normal. The tractor's load operation should be carried out by changing the speed in a planned way to check the speed regulation performance of the engine, the temperature of engine oil and water, oil consumption, smoke exhaust color, smell, etc. Check whether the clutch slips, brake performance and sliding distance after shifting. Through the above inspection and adjustment, it also provides a reliable basis for normal use.
7. After running in, drain the gear oil in the gearbox, rear axle and transmission box while it is hot, inject diesel oil into the housings of the gearbox and rear axle, drive in slow fourth gear for a few minutes to clean them, then drain the diesel oil, remove metal chips and replace the gear oil.
8. Drain the oil in the oil pan while it is hot, clean the lubricating system with diesel oil and replace it with new oil.
9. Drain the engine oil in the transmission mechanism of the starter, the steering gear housing and the hydraulic oil tank, wash with diesel oil and replace with new engine oil.
10. Fill lubricating oil into the spray pump, governor and all lubricating parts according to the provisions of the lubrication table. At the same time, check and adjust the valve clearance and tighten the cylinder head bolts.
11. Clean the filter screen of the air filter with diesel oil and replace the oil in the oil pan.
12. Check and adjust the clutch and brake clearance, eliminate water, oil and air leakage at all parts, and comprehensively check and tighten the bolts at all parts.
