Loaders have many common faults. If we know more about them, we may be able to solve the faults more smoothly or even avoid them. Below are some common failures and cause analysis, let's take a look!
Common fault 1: The gear cannot be entered smoothly when in gear. The reasons may be:
(1) The pressure of the pressure valve is too low.
(2) The hydraulic pump seal is not good.
(3) The clutch sealing ring is damaged.
(4) The gear valve stem is not in place.
(5) The hydraulic pipeline is blocked.

Common fault 2: The loader can be put into gear but cannot be driven:
(1) The friction plate is seriously worn and the gap is too large.
(2) The clutch automatic emptying valve is not tightly sealed.
(3) The clutch piston ring and sealing ring are seriously worn.
(4) The positioning spring of the transmission valve is fatigued or damaged.
(5) The shift control valve pipeline is blocked.
Common fault three: There is a problem with the gear position when the gearbox is changing gears.
(1) Piston ring failure.
(2) The oil return pipeline is blocked.
(3) The clutch friction plate is burned.
(4) The clutch return spring is faulty.
Finally, when a major failure occurs, it is best to follow the loader's factory manual and go to a professional repair shop as soon as possible for repairs. If you maintain and inspect your loader more, the chance of failure will become smaller!
