When we operate a loader, safety is always the most important thing. Here are some safety precautions for operating a loader, which can help you operate the loader more safely and make your work and safety more secure.
Operators must strictly implement the inspection system before work, the operating guidelines during work, and the inspection and maintenance system after work in accordance with the instructions of the machine.
Before each loader operation, check whether the lubricating oil, fuel and water are sufficient, and whether the instruments, transmission system, hydraulic system and other working devices are normal.

When parking the loader at the construction site, you should choose a safe parking location, lock the cab and park on the ramp, use triangular wood or stones to hold the wheels. There should be dedicated supervision at night.
For water-cooled machinery, when the temperature is below 0°C, the water should be drained promptly after work, or other antifreeze measures should be taken to prevent the machine body from freezing.
During construction, underground obstacles on site must be marked first, and a dedicated person must be assigned to direct the construction of machinery to ensure the safety of underground obstacles and mechanical equipment.
During the operation, non-construction personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the construction area. Personnel are not allowed to stand on the working surface in front of the machinery. They must stand outside the mechanical working surface.

When manual cleaning of soil on the wheels is required, manual cleaning should be done behind the machinery. This is strictly prohibited. Reverse the machine in the forward direction for cleaning to prevent personal injury or death due to tripping when reversing.
Before starting, you should check whether there are any obstacles or pedestrians in front and behind the loader, and honk the horn before starting. During driving, you should choose high gear according to the road conditions. Lifting, lowering and flipping the bucket while driving is strictly prohibited.
When unloading soil onto the transport vehicle, the soil should be unloaded slowly, the bucket should be at a suitable height, and the forward turning and return should not collide with the carriage.
