Tractor maintenance cycle

  Technical maintenance every 50 working hours

(1) Remove dust and oil from the tractor.

(2) Check and tighten all fasteners on the outside of the tractor. If they are loose, tighten them in time, especially the fastening nuts of the front and rear wheels.

(3) Check the fluid level of the engine oil pan, water tank, fuel tank, hydraulic steering tank, service brake tank, and hydraulic lifter and add grease.

(4) Check the front and rear tire pressure, and inflate it according to regulations if it is insufficient.

(5) Check and adjust the main and auxiliary clutches and driving brake pedal. ​

 

  Technical maintenance every 200 working hours

(1) Complete 50 hours of technical maintenance content.

(2) Replace the diesel engine oil pan lubricating oil.

(3) Clean and maintain the oil bath of the oil bath air filter.

(4) Check and clean the radiator and air, fuel, and hydraulic oil filters, and replace the filter element if necessary.

 

 

  Technical maintenance every 400 working hours

(1) Complete 200 hours of technical maintenance content.

(2) Check the oil level of the transmission system, lifter, front drive axle, center drive, and end drive, and add oil if necessary.

(3) Check and replace fuel

(4) Check the parking brake handle.

(5) Check and replace the tractor's air, fuel, and hydraulic oil filters.

  Technical maintenance every 800 working hours

(1) Complete 400 hours of technical maintenance content.

(2) Replace the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic steering and transmission systems.

(3) Check diesel engine valve clearance and clean carbon deposits

(4) Check and adjust the injection pressure of the fuel injection pump.

(5) Clean and maintain the fuel tank.

Technical maintenance every 1,600 working hours

(1) Complete 400 hours of technical maintenance content

(2) Clean and maintain the diesel engine cooling system.

(3) Replace the central drive and final drive lubricants of the front drive axle.

(4) Inspect, adjust, maintain and maintain the starter motor.
