First, you must correctly select and install tires, and use corresponding inner tubes according to tire specifications. It is best to assemble tires of the same brand, specification, pattern and type to maximize tire life. When replacing new tires, they should be replaced on the entire vehicle or on the same axis. Tires with directional patterns should be installed in the specified rolling direction. When replacing new tires, the new tires should be installed on the front wheels and the repaired tires should be installed on the rear wheels. Do not install retreaded tires on the front wheels to maximize safety.

Secondly, the tire pressure should be checked regularly to ensure that it meets the standards. Please use a pressure gauge to measure the air pressure. It ensures that the tire has a certain degree of elasticity, and when it bears a specified load, its deformation does not exceed the specified range, ensuring that the vehicle has good stability and comfort while driving. The air pressure of the spare tire should be relatively high. The longer the time is, the lower the air pressure will be.
When the loader works for a long time, the tires will generate heat due to friction. Be careful not to deflate the tires to reduce the pressure when they are overheated, let alone sprinkle water to cool down. This will affect the internal temperature and air pressure of the tires and accelerate tire aging. The correct approach is to park the loader in a cool place and allow natural ventilation to cool down.

If there is a big difference in wear between the front and rear wheels, the tires can be rotated regularly. Because the front wheels are responsible for steering, they wear and scratch more than the rear wheels, so cross-swapping the front and rear wheels can extend the service life of the tires.
When parking, you should choose a suitable environment and avoid direct sunlight. Do not park near oil, acid, flammable materials and organic corrosive chemicals. When storing, removed tires and spare tires should be placed in designated warehouses and should not be folded or stacked.
