The correct use and timely maintenance of the tractor clutch is of[p[ great significance to the normal operation, operating efficiency and service life of the tractor. The clutch must be maintained and maintained on a daily basis to ensure the normal service life and safe operation of the tractor. Let us know what methods are available for tractor maintenance!
When operating the clutch while driving a tractor, disengage the clutch quickly and completely. When driving, do not put your foot on the clutch pedal, let alone use the half-clutch method to control the speed of the vehicle.
Every time the tractor works for 10 to 20 hours (depending on the work intensity), butter must be added to the clutch front bearing and release bearing (some tractors are soaked in oil during disassembly and assembly). When adding butter, do not add too much. Generally, just use a grease gun to apply oil 3 to 5 times. The amount of oil injected should be moderate to prevent excessive oil from entering the friction plate and causing clutch slippage.

The clutch operating area should be inspected and cleaned frequently to avoid malfunctions caused by dust and oil. If the clutch friction surface is stained with oil, the friction will be reduced. The compression disc spring will also reduce the compression force due to fatigue, softening or breakage due to long-term work. These factors can lead to clutch slipping or incomplete separation, etc. Pay attention to troubleshooting these problems during daily inspections.
When the clutch plate is severely worn, it should be replaced in time. After replacement, it should be used and maintained in strict accordance with the requirements in the manufacturer's instructions or user manual.
During tractor operation, the clutch must be operated rationally and avoid frequent starts and stops and high-speed neutral operation to reduce clutch wear. It is prohibited to use hard objects to collide with the clutch to avoid damage to internal components. Do not use the clutch in a humid environment or in an environment where the hydraulic fluid temperature is abnormal.
