First, always check the tightening status of each part, check whether the oil pressure, water temperature, and fuel supply system are normal, and whether there is any leakage.
Second, when the gears are running in, turn slowly to the left and right respectively. Both forward and reverse gears must be tested correctly.
Third, during the running-in period, special attention should be paid to listening to the engine, rear axle and various transmission parts for noise and abnormal sounds. At the same time, pay attention to whether the control device is flexible.
Fourth, at the end of running-in, carefully check the valve clearance, clutch, brake, and control mechanism. If it is abnormal, adjust and report for repair in time.
Fifth,at the end of the running-in period, drain off the engine oil, gear oil and cooling water in various parts while it is hot. then, clean it part by part, then refill the oil and water to replace the air filter.
