Oil leakage from tractors is a worry for many farmers. How can we ensure the use of tractors and solve the problem of oil leakage from various parts of the machine on the premise of promoting production? Some simple methods introduced here may be helpful to you.
1. The shaft leaks oil. The rotary shaft includes the gear lever shaft of the starter, the clutch handle shaft and the pressure reducing shaft of the engine. If the shaft and the hole are mutually worn, the gear lever shaft and the clutch handle shaft of the starter can be cut out of the seal ring groove on the lathe. At this time, only the seal snap ring of corresponding size can be installed. If the rubber ring of the decompression shaft fails due to aging, replace it with a new one.
2. The oil leakage switch includes water valve, oil tank switch, gasoline switch, etc. If the ball valve is worn or rusted, the rust between the ball valve and the seat hole shall be removed, and a suitable steel ball shall be selected for replacement. If the sealing filler and fastening thread are damaged, repair or replace the fasteners and sealing filler. If the cone joint surface is not tight, fine valve sand and engine oil can be used for grinding.
3. There are two types of head leakage pipe joints: cone joint and hollow bolt pipe joint. The conical joint pipe joints include the pipe joints from both ends of the pressure gauge, one end of the gasoline pipe, both ends of the high-pressure oil pipe, and the pipe joints from the coarse fuel filter to the oil transfer pump. If the high-pressure oil pipe joints are deformed or cracked due to wear, they can be sawed off and welded with a new one. If the low-pressure oil pipe joint is damaged, the bell mouth can be sawed off and rebuilt. If the thread is damaged, repair or replace it with a new one. Hollow bolt pipe joints include fuel coarse and fine filters and low-pressure fuel delivery pipe joints of fuel injection pumps. If the gasket is damaged or assembled unevenly, replace it with plastic gasket, or smooth it with assorted file, or grind it with sandpaper. If it is serious, mill it with milling machine. If there is a pull mark on the assembly plane of the pipe joint, the assembly plane of the joint and the gasket can be smoothed with fine sand paper or oil stone; If there are impurities on the mating surface, pay attention to the cleanliness of the machine body during assembly, and tighten the joint fixing bolts evenly.
4. Oil plug and oil leakage plug the oil leakage part of the oil plug includes cone plug, flat plug and process plug. If the oil plug screw is damaged or unqualified, replace it with a new one; If the screw hole is damaged, the size of the screw hole can be increased and a new oil plug can be installed; If the conical plug is worn, it can be changed into a flat plug after tapping with a tap, and then it can be padded and reused.
5. Joint oil leakage plane joint includes two planes sealed with paper pad, asbestos pad and cork. If the contact surface is uneven or there are grooves or burrs on the contact surface, it shall be smoothed with assorted files, fine sandpaper or oilstone according to the unevenness of the contact surface. Large parts can be milled with machine tools. In addition, the assembled gaskets shall be qualified and clean. If the bolts are loose, tighten each fixing bolt.
