If the tractor breaks down, repair is the key. Here are seven suggestions:
1. Cylinder gasket burned out
When the burned area is small, fill it with asbestos thread; When the burned area is large, cut a piece from the same part of the exhaust gas cylinder pad with the same thickness to patch it, and carefully tap it up to ensure good bonding; If the burning defect is between two cylinders, the asbestos wire shall be wrapped with copper skin.
2. Radiator leakage
If the water inlet and outlet hose is slightly broken, the water leakage can be wrapped with adhesive tape and soap, and then tied tightly with iron wire; If the hose is seriously broken, it can be cut into two sections with a knife from the broken part of the hose, sleeved between the hoses with a suitable bamboo pipe, and then bound with iron wire, and then installed; If there is a slight leakage in the copper pipe of the radiator core, the leakage can be covered with soap. If the water leakage is serious, you can clamp the water leakage with oranges to make it watertight.
3. Broken valve spring
If only one part is broken, the two broken springs can be installed and used in a U-turn; If the spring breaks several times, the multi cylinder engine can remove the adjusting bolts of the intake and exhaust valves of the cylinder, close the valves, stop the cylinder and cut off the oil at the same time.
4. Sudden power failure on the way
When the horn doesn't sound, the lights don't work and the starter doesn't rotate, it means that the vehicle is completely powered off. At this time, check whether the pile head of the battery is loose. Do not pry randomly during the inspection. Use carp pliers to fork and touch the two pile heads. If there is no spark, it means that the pile head is loose. Tighten it with a wrench; If after the pile head is tightened and cleaned, the power failure is still not eliminated, check the connection of the two pole conductors, and repair in time if there is poor contact; If a single cell of the battery is damaged, copper wire can be used to directly connect the good single cell.
5. Clutch slip
If the friction plate is stained with oil, step on the clutch pedal, load gasoline with an oil gun, shoot it at the gap between the flying wheel, friction plate and clutch pressure plate, and dissolve the oil on it for temporary use (if there is no oil gun and substitutes, use plastic pipe or rubber pipe to suck oil and shoot it); If the friction plate slips due to burning, roughen the burned part, but start steadily and change speed quickly when driving.
6. Broken leaf spring
According to the situation, wood blocks shall be padded between the leaf springs, axles and frames, and bound with iron wires for temporary use. Then, they shall be transported to the repair point for replacement.
7. Tire removal and replacement without jack
To remove and replace the outer wheel of the double row tire, the inner wheel can be padded with wood blocks, stones and bricks, so that the outer wheel can be removed and replaced in the air; When removing and replacing the front wheel or single tire, the front axle or rear axle can be padded firmly with wood blocks, bricks and stones, and the tire to be removed can be removed and replaced by digging a hole on the tire to be removed so that the tire is suspended in the air; Use a section of flat top wood to obliquely jack up under the front axle or rear axle where the tire needs to be replaced, and then drive the car to jack up the front axle or rear axle with the top wood. When the top wood is vertical and stable, the tire can be removed and replaced.
