1. Frame
The frame of the rotary tiller is of frame structure, and the rigidity of the whole machine is large. It is composed of a front beam, a left arm, a right arm and a rear beam as a cutter shaft. The front beam includes a gear box and left and right main beams. Install the suspension bracket on the main beam. The transmission box of the side drive rotary tiller is used as the left arm.
2. Transmission mechanism
The transmission mechanism includes a gear box and a side or central transmission box. The gear box is made of grey cast iron and equipped with transmission gears. The power in the gear box is transmitted by the power take-off shaft or pulley of the tractor through the universal coupling or V-belt. The power transmitted by the gearbox. In case of intermediate transmission, the output intermediate gear directly meshes with the cutter sleeve gear to drive the cutter shaft; If it is side drive, it also needs to pass through the side halogen wheel box or sprocket box, and then drive the cutter shaft to work.

If the side drive is a gear drive, replace the two cylindrical gears in the gear box to change the speed of the cutter shaft. If the side transmission box is sprocket driven, in addition to the method of replacing the two inscription wheels in the transmission box, the method of exchanging the positions of the two inscription wheels can also be used to make the cutter shaft obtain different speeds.
3. Knife roll
The cutter roll is composed of a cutter shaft, a cutter seat and a rotary blade. The cutter shaft is made of seamless steel pipe, with shaft head welded at both ends, cutter base welded on the shaft pipe according to the spiral law, and the blade is fixed on the cutter base with bolts. There is also a cutter head welded on the cutter shaft. There are holes with equal spacing along the outer circumference of the cutter head. Multiple blades can be installed according to different needs.
The family plough knife is the main working part of the rotary tiller. The rotary plough knife is mostly made of 65 manganese steel and is quenched (if it is overall quenched, the knife should be fired later after quenching). It is fixed on the cutter shaft welded with the cutter seat or cutter head with bolts, and rotates with the cutter shaft to complete soil cutting and crushing. 4. Earth retaining cover and leveling mop
The soil retaining cover is made of thin steel plate, which is bent into an arc and fixed above the rotary blade roller (the general term after the blade is installed on the blade shaft). It blocks the soil thrown up by the rotary blade when it is milling the soil and further smashes it. At the same time, it can protect the safety of the driver and improve the working conditions. The flat soil drag plate is also made of thin steel plate. Its front end is hinged to the earth retaining cover, and its rear end is connected to the suspension frame with a chain.
