1. The rotary tiller is overloaded. It is often caused by too deep cultivation or heavy and hard soil. It can reduce the depth of cultivation, reduce the forward speed of the unit and the rotation number of the plough.
2. The rotary tiller jumps when it works. This is caused by hard soil or improper blade installation. The forward speed of the unit and the rotation speed of the plough can be reduced, and the blade can be installed correctly.
3. The rotary tiller threw out large clods intermittently. This is caused by the bending, deformation, breakage, loss or severe wear of the blade. The blade can be corrected or replaced.
4. The ground is undulating after rotary tillage. This is caused by improper matching between the forward speed of the unit and the rotation speed of the cutter shaft, and can be solved by appropriately adjusting the speed between them.
5. There is noise in the transmission of the plough. The common reasons are that foreign matters fall into the gearbox or the teeth of bearings and gears are seriously damaged during installation. Try to take out the foreign matters or replace the damaged bearings or gears.
6. There is metal knocking sound when the rotary tiller is working. The main reasons are: the transmission chain collides with the transmission box after being too loose, the blades at both ends of the plough shaft, the left arm or the transmission box collide with each other after being deformed, or the blade fixing screws are loose. Check and adjust the length and tightness of the transmission chain, correct or replace the severely deformed parts, and tighten the loose screws.
7. The plough shaft of the rotary tiller does not rotate. This is caused by the seizure of gear or bearing, deformation of left arm or transmission box, bending and deformation of plough shaft, broken transmission chain, or serious blockage of plough shaft with grass and mud. The severely deformed and damaged parts can be corrected, repaired and replaced to remove the grass and mud.
